Principles of personal data processing

HTMK Tööjõud OÜ (hereinafter HTMK) has set itself the goal of being a reliable partner in the processing and protection of its customers' personal data, based on the law and the customer's rights. The personal data processing principles describe the collection, use, transmission, publication and storage of the customer's personal data.

1. Definitions

1.1. Controller. A natural or legal person who, alone or together with others, determines the purposes and means of personal data processing.
1.2. Authorized processor. A natural or legal person who processes personal data on behalf of HTMK (timekeeping service provider, data system administrators and developers).
1.3. Personal data. Any information about an identified or identifiable natural person.
1.4. Processing of personal data. Any operation with personal data (collection, storage, storage, modification, access, querying, use, transmission and destruction of personal data).
1.5. Client. Any natural or legal person who uses or has expressed a desire to use the services of HTMK.
1.6. Services. Services provided by HTMK and related activities.
1.7. Website. www.htmk.ee is the HTMK website.

2. General provisions

2.1.The controller of personal data is HTMK Tööjodhut OÜ, registry code 16218020, address Mustamäe tee 55-224, 10621, Harjumaa, Tallinn,
2.2. Principles of processing personal data are intended to ensure the security and protection of personal data of customers to protect them from illegal use of personal data.
2.3.In the processing of personal data, HTMK is based on the law and data is collected to the extent necessary for the high-quality and best service of customers in the services offered by HTMK.
2.4.By expressing the desire to become a customer, the customer hereby consents to the processing of his personal data under the conditions set forth in the principles.
2.5.HTMK may use authorized processors (e.g. timekeeping service provider) to process personal data. In such cases, HTMK is responsible for ensuring that data processors process personal data according to HTMK's instructions and in accordance with the applicable law and implement appropriate security measures.

3. For what purpose and what personal data is processed

3.1.HTMK processes personal data that has become known about the client using HTMK services or when registering a person as a client of HTMK.
3.2.The personal data processed by HTMK is the customer's information about the activities related to the consumption of services and the provision of services.
Personal data is processed for the following purposes:

  • fulfill obligations to customers regarding the provision of services;

  • inform customers about important information about service provision;

  • fulfill the obligations arising from EV legislation.

4. Use of personal data

4.1.With the help of collected personal data, we inform the customer about news and campaigns via e-mail, if the customer has given his consent.
4.2.The customer has the right to refuse the mentioned offers or sending surveys at any time by informing HTMK at the e-mail address info@htmk.ee

5. Security and data access

5.1.Personal data is stored in HTMK databases and servers located in the territory of a member state of the European Union.
5.2.HTMK implements appropriate organizational and technical measures to protect personal data from accidental or illegal destruction, loss, modification or unauthorized access and disclosure.
5.3.Access to personal data is available to HTMK employees who are aware of the principles of personal data protection and the obligation to keep them confidential, and are responsible in case of violation of the aforementioned obligations.
5.4.HTMK employees have the right to process the client's personal data only for the performance of work tasks.
5.5.The client's personal data will not be disclosed to third parties, unless the need to release the data arises in connection with the provision of the HTMK service (contractual cooperation partners such as e.g. a timekeeping service provider), if the obligation arises from the law or if the person to whom the data belongs gives permission.

5.6HTMK Tööjoður OÜ implements all reasonable measures to protect the personal data being processed. HTMK Tööjoður OÜ is not responsible for third-party access to devices under the User's own control, the Internet and its security.

6. Accessing, correcting and concealing personal data

6.1.If the customer considers that the processing of his personal data is not permitted by legislation or the principles of personal data protection, he has the right to demand the termination of the processing, disclosure and/or access to his personal data.
6.2.HTMK processes personal data as long as the goals of personal data processing are achieved or obligations arising from legislation are fulfilled.

7. Dispute Resolution

7.1.The customer has the right to contact HTMK via e-mail info@htmk.ee in the event of a question, request or complaint related to the processing of personal data.
7.2.The customer has the right to file a complaint with HTMK, the Data Protection Inspectorate or the court if the customer believes that his rights have been violated in the processing of personal data.

8. Privacy policy terms and changes

8.1. By using the website of HTMK Tööjodhut OÜ, you have read and accepted these principles and conditions. We reserve the right to change the general terms and conditions of the privacy policy, if necessary, by notifying all related parties.

9. Cookies

9.1. HTMK Tööjodhut OÜ uses cookies on the website, publishing a relevant notice on the website and, if necessary, asking for the website user's consent. 9.2. The right to refuse the installation of cookies
